To solve this need for financial confidence, we gather all the necessary details from you, with a site visit, to assess the current standing, and your planning ideas.
We'll research the market for recent developments and comparable sales, who brokered them, the asking price, offers, time to sell, and final sales values achieved.
We liaise with local independent estate agents and property developers, to discuss their expectations of value for your planning options, to support your plans with an evidenced and realistic overall realistic valuation — before and after planning permission is granted.
Plus, we can advise on agents and developers that may be able to further help you, in selling with planning approved, or when the project is finished.
This can give you greater certainty in your project proposals, any financing needs, or plans for the future — qualifying the increased value that the enhancements will achieve for your property, and bringing forward that increase in value to support your realisation of the project.
Commissioning

There is a small amount of form-filling we need from you for a site visit. We aim to make these forms clear and minimal, but detailed enough to ensure a comprehensive service, and audit-trail of all details for your records. You will receive a confirmation email and a PDF copy of each form submission.
Process
Book a Free Planning Valuation Call, to discuss your views on the project and scope of needs.
Then, we'll ask you to complete the Site Assessment Form, to give us the details needed for timely and safe appointments.
Once agreeable, you can then book your Full Planning Valuation Report site visit at a time to suit you for the expected access, and any preferred attendance needs.
Anything else?
That's it for the form-filling on your side, anything else can continue by email — and follow-up phone calls, if required — to discuss any findings and next steps.
Turnaround times
We aim to arrange complete reports within 3–5 business days, subject to workloads, and will advise you more on current timing expectations at each stage.
