“From the first meeting, they were very professional and listened to our requirements and took this information to formalise a very detailed and considered proposal for our consideration. They were able to address our related queries in a prompt manner and this led to our approval of their estimate to proceed with the works required.

We had a short timeline for the completion of works of 8 weeks, whilst we resided in temporary accommodation to allow for the works to take place and they were able to meet this deadline, ensuring that the key services were functional for our return date.

They kept us updated throughout the process and when issues arose, they were prompt to bring these to our attention so to ensure a quick resolution. When there were works required which were outside of the initial estimate, these were brought to our attention for consideration and agreement before proceeding.

We found all the employees who visited our property to be polite and considerate and there is a very strong work ethic. The standard of work and finishing has been extremely high and we are very pleased with the results achieved now that the works have predominantly been completed.
